This series will be held live-online via Zoom.
This 3-session series is specially designed for beginners. You will learn the foundations of Iyengar Yoga to help you build strength and flexibility and relieve stress. This series is intended for students who want an understanding of the foundational yoga poses. This is an active class, excellent for those who are totally new to yoga or new to Iyengar Yoga.
Each 75-minute session will build upon the prior class in a progressive manner. This is an excellent opportunity to learn how to practice yoga at home. Tiffany will lead you through using common household items as props and help you develop a sequence you can practice daily. She will get to see you in your home setting and advise you on what to do. You will have time to ask questions. And, we will send out the recording after class so you can practice to it throughout the week.

Tiffany Goss is a Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, and is a graduate of the Sadhana Studies program at Adeline Yoga. Her teaching can be described as authentic and compassionate. Her first Iyengar yoga class in 2012 was held in a small living room by a friend. She knew then that Iyengar yoga was her path. She resonated with the precision in instructions and corrections. Also a bodyworker, Tiffany has a thorough understanding of the body and kinesiology. Tiffany’s goal is to make yoga accessible and safe for all body types. In her free time she likes to go hiking and plan her next travel destination.
