Go Deeper with Adeline Yoga Retreats
Sometimes we want more than a yoga class. We need time away from our daily routines—time to practice deeply, rest more fully, reconnect with ourselves, and remind ourselves of what is most important.
Adeline Yoga retreats offer an immersive experience of Iyengar Yoga. Each retreat has its own character. All include thoughtful teaching, nourishing food, meaningful time in community, and space to explore, reflect, and simply be.
Our retreats are organized with great care so that you feel supported from the moment you begin planning until you return home.
Some retreats take us far from home, where yoga practice is enriched by a new landscape and culture. Others offer a quieter escape close to the Bay Area. Whether you are seeking renewal, focused study, connection with fellow practitioners, or a fresh perspective on your life, we invite you to find the retreat that speaks to you.
