Use spring’s revitalizing energy to transform your winter’s stagnation and stiffness. Prepare for the energetic and active light of summer. Been indoors for too long? Are you afraid to put on a pair of shorts or bathing suit? Your yoga community supports you as you prepare for hiking, biking and swimming, toning your body, mind and spirit, and building confidence to pursue all the excitement that summer has in store for you. We will explore a variety of poses each week. All Levels classes are open to all.

Leah Flaks began practicing Iyengar yoga at age 19 after a debilitating dance injury in college. She began her teaching career in 1997 and believes Iyengar yoga aligns us with our intelligent body, mind and spirit.
Leah graduated from Adeline Yoga’s Sadhana Studies Yoga Teacher Education Program and is RYT200 certified. She currently studies with Michael Lucey and Heather Haxo Phillips as she prepares to become a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher.
