Yoga Camp for Kids

Children’s Online Summer Yoga Camp at Adeline Yoga

Monday – Thursday August 10 – August 13th

4:30 – 5:30 pm

Each day your child will engage in a yoga practice followed by fun games and storytelling to bring out their inner creativity and encourage them to look within for strength, balance and peace.

Designed for children ages 7 – 12

Held via zoom

Tuition:

$45 for the whole week or drop in $12.50 per class

Additional children may join in the same screen for free.

Scholarships available.  We want all interested children to join us.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Gopika Womack-Freeman is a Creative Dance Educator and is a recent graduate of Adeline Yoga’s teacher education program.

Gopika first came to yoga through her guru Swamini Turiyasangitananda- Alice Coltrane, who initiated her into the path of Bhakti yoga. She went on to study and practice Hatha yoga With Purusha Hicks while pursuing a career in Creative Dance. Through the practice of Hatha yoga she learned of Mr. Iyengar and was deeply moved by his approach, leading to further study and practice through Adeline Yoga’s Sadhana Studies program.

Gopika brings a joyful and open-hearted approach to her teaching, with a particular interest in sharing yoga with children.
