COME GET A TASTE OF THE PROGRAM

This is your opportunity to find out more about the Sadhana Studies program, and if it is right for you.

In this special workshop, we will look at a few of the the practices and aspects of yoga philosophy that will be presented in Sadhana Studies.  Sutra 2.1 from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali will be our starting point, and we will practice asana together.  You can also meet the core faculty and graduates of the program.  There will be plenty of time to ask questions.

This workshop is recommended for students considering any immersion programs or wondering what an Iyengar Yoga apprenticeship program might involve.
