WHAT IS A CHIT-CHAT?
A free one-hour event for the community.Β This is a time for our teachers and students to share something that inspires them.
The intention is:
- To celebrate the teachings related to Yoga, giving you access to new texts.
- Bring our library into the community and encourage use of the reading room.
- Have space for honest conversation and reflection.
- Give space for spontaneous conversation in our lives.
This is your opportunity to have in-depth discussion about a topic with Adeline teachers.
