Join In-person (Berkeley) or Online
Join us for a nourishing and restorative Iyengar Yoga practice to raise funds for the Homeless Children’s Network. Become part of the thread of connection and care that Homeless Children’s Network has woven for the families they serve.
This all-levels practice will center on themes of easing stress and anxiety, offering a nourishing space to ground, restore, and reconnect. Together, we’ll tend to body and mind while extending compassion outward to uplift vulnerable children and families throughout the greater Bay Area.
The practice will be approximately 75 minutes, followed by refreshments and an opportunity to connect and socialize.
Tuition:
Sliding scale $25–$200

ABOUT HCN
Homeless Children’s Network (HCN) is a San Francisco-based non-profit that provides essential programs that support vulnerable children and families, with a strong emphasis on community-based mental health solutions. We see each child and their families through a strengths-based lens, with a desire to respect and respond to the cultural and linguistic differences across San Francisco’s richly diverse communities. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS

Anneke Faas (she/her) is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with over two decades of teaching experience. She began practicing yoga at 14 and has been teaching since her college years. Yoga has supported her through every stage of life, deepening her understanding of balance, awareness, and compassion.
Anneke has completed several in-depth certificate programs in yoga philosophy, including An Immersion into the Depths of the Vibhuti Pada and The Soul Psychology of Patañjali. A dedicated daily chanting practice fuels her connection to the esoteric roots of yoga.
Known for her warmth, clarity, and thoughtful sequencing, Anneke makes yoga relevant to daily life. She teaches students of all levels, offers expertise in prenatal and postnatal yoga, and mentors teachers on their path toward certification. Outside the studio, she loves being in nature and spending time with her teenage sons.
Natalie Palms (she/her) is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. She has been practicing since 2015, almost exclusively with Adeline Yoga. She is a graduate of Sadhana Studies and served on Adeline’s Seva Squad for a decade. Natalie was instantly drawn to the creativity behind asana sequencing and its effects on the mind, body and spirit. Through playful and thoughtful teaching, she wants to bring healing and empowerment to our youth and adults of diverse backgrounds. Today Natalie is on Adeline Yoga’s faculty and serves as the Operations Manager. Natalie is also a multidisciplinary artist and has a small business, Natalie Rose Textiles. She teaches art to youth and adults throughout the Bay Area.

Cancellation policy for workshops:
If your cancellation request is received more than 72 hours before the event, your workshop payment may be converted into Adeline Yoga account credit minus a $10 processing fee. To request a workshop cancellation, please email support@adelineyoga.com.
