Jumpings for Joy with Uday Bhosale
April 18, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Saturday April 18
1 – 2:30 pm PST
“A sense of flight brings a sense of delight“
Jumpings have a huge potential to make us happy! How to make them safe, fun and accessible? Uday will show you the dynamics of successful jumpings – starting each action into its essential building block, and then stringing them back together.
Jumpings the Iyengar way are a great tool to build your strength and focus. Physically, jumpings help improve muscle tone and increase blood circulation throughout your whole body. Jumpings also bring a sense of lightness to the emotional state.
We are THRILLED to have Uday Bhosale as our first RIMYI teacher at Adeline Yoga! This special program will be offered live online via Zoom.
It will be a well rounded class appropriate for all ages. If you have teenagers or children at home, invite them to share your screen. With spring here, its a great opportunity to re-discover our inner child and jump around a bit.
We are on pacific standard time.
This is priced as a regular class. Use your regular class pass or membership. Or, drop in for $18.
Prior to the first class you will receive a unique zoom log-in and specific instructions. Our goal is to help you bring yoga and chant into your life. We need it now more than ever!
First time on Zoom with us? Check out our tip sheet! Our tips will help you get ready for your first class with us.
ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR
