Jumpings have a huge potential to make us happy! How to make them safe, fun and accessible? Uday will show you the dynamics of successful jumpings – starting each action into its essential building block, and then stringing them back together.
Jumpings the Iyengar way are a great tool to build your strength and focus. Physically, jumpings help improve muscle tone and increase blood circulation throughout your whole body. Jumpings also bring a sense of lightness to the emotional state.

Uday Bhosale is an Iyengar Yoga teacher known around the world for his warmth and joyful approach to the subject – and for his jumping!
Uday spent fifteen years studying and teaching at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute in Pune with the Iyengar family. In addition to teaching the children and adult classes at RIMYI, he assisted in Geeta Iyengar’s medical classes. Uday was a member of the teachers’ contingent sent by the government of India to China on International Yoga day 2016 on behalf of RIMYI, Pune.
Uday is now based in England (with his mountain climbing wife!) and teaches regular classes and workshops throughout Europe and the United States.
