In this workshop, we will explore poses to prepare you for a headstand, learn the anatomy of the headstand and what it takes to balance away from the wall. You will learn the important steps that lead to a headstand and how to practice it with modifications. You will have time to ask questions and address any doubts so that you can practice headstand with confidence at home and at the studio.
