Peri-menopause is one of the most misunderstood and maligned periods of a woman’s life, and yet, or perhaps because of this, one of the most powerful.
This two hour workshop is designed as an aid for women dealing with peri-menopausal symptoms such as adrenal fatigue, depression, general overwhelm and “foggy headedness.” We will explore asana that help to alleviate the physical as well as mental/emotional components of this important passage.
