Yoga Fundamentals with Inbal Meron

Tuesdays in person from 7:30 – 8:45 pm – starts July 5th!
This 4-session series is specially designed for beginners.
Over these four sessions you will learn the foundations of Iyengar Yoga. You will learn poses to help you build strength and flexibility. And you will learn how to make use of basic props that help you achieve alignment between your body and breath. Simple props can help you have a great yoga practice. These props include blocks, belts and our rope wall. Yes, Inbal will show you the ropes 😊.
Yoga Fundamentals is designed for total beginners and students who want a better understanding of the foundational poses of Iyengar yoga. All body types and abilities are encouraged to join us. Inbal can offer you alternatives and modifications so the practice meets your needs and interests.
Each 75-minute session will build upon the prior class in a progressive manner. You will get the most out of the classes if you attend them all. Upon completion of the series, you will be prepared to enter Level I classes.

Held in-person at our studio in Berkeley. Open to all people who are fully vaccinated. Masks are encouraged, but optional.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Inbal (she/her) is a certified Yoga teacher and a graduate of the Sadhana Studies program.
Yoga awakened a deep yearning inside to not only understand life but to participate in it fully with deep presence, awareness, openness, and compassion.
Since then, Inbal has been studying yoga and meditation in Israel, India and the U.S. She has an extensive background in the yoga industry, both on the administrative side and as a yoga teacher.
