Women’s bodies are designed to create and carry new life. Whether this is a new being or a creative project, it is important that we cultivate our innate creative nature throughout our lifespan. When we feed our creative self we become pregnant with ideas, poems, songs, and babies! And, more than that, we feel like full, juicy, vibrant human beings. Join Cynthia for a month of cultivating creativity through yoga asana. Open to women of all stages of life: Adolescence, Pregnancy, Motherhood, Peri-Menopause, Menopause.
1) Adolescence: What are/were your unrealized dreams?
2) Pregnancy: What creative project do you have inside that’s hungering to be liberated?
3) Motherhood: What part of yourself isn’t receiving the care and support it needs to express itself fully?
4) Peri-Menopause/Menopause: What is the contribution you want to leave to this world?
