We are thrilled to welcome Uday Bhosale to Adeline Yoga!

Our weekend together will focus on fun in practice. This includes the yogic concepts of maitri and karuna — friendliness and compassion. We will explore ways to bring lightness, levity, creativity, and joy into our practice. Together, we will investigate these themes across families of poses and specific asanas using playful and imaginative approaches that include both our bodies and props.

Our final session on Monday is designed for CIYTs at all levels, as well as apprentices aspiring toward certification. This session will focus on bringing joy into our lives as teachers, and specifically exploring practical ways to infuse joy into the way we teach.

One month after the immersion, we will gather online for a special follow-up session with Uday.  This bonus session is an opportunity to reconnect, ask questions, and explore what begins to arise once the teachings have settled into practice and daily life. Often, the most valuable learning begins after the workshop ends — when we attempt something new, notice patterns and encounter fresh questions in our home practice and teaching. We will discuss these experience and Uday can offer further guidance and practical insight.
