This is for people with stiff bodies and open minds.  Its an opportunity to get present and meet life’s challenges.

Regain your flexibility and range of motion in a safe and friendly environment

Relieve your stiffness with a good stretch-out class
Reduce pain and experience freedom in your neck & shoulders, hips, knees, feet, hands, all your joints
Build your concentration, find centeredness and have fun

In this workshop, you’ll learn valuable tools for any mobility challenges, pain or stiffness you experience – offered by an experienced yoga teacher.  Be ready to move your body through a sequence of yoga poses and then soothe your mind with a simple yet powerful relaxation technique.





Leah Greenberg Flaks is a graduate of Adeline Yoga’s teacher education program and a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. She has practiced yoga in the Iyengar tradition for 3 decades after using it to heal from a dance-related back injury. Her journey included demonstrating trikonasana for BKS Iyengar himself in Berkeley’s Tilden Park. She passes along to her students this drive to find natural balance of body, mind and breath through daily devotional practices of asana, pranayama, chanting and study of yoga philosophy.

Come enjoy her warm and welcoming classes where students of any age, body type, or ability can come to practice Iyengar Yoga.
