Restorative yoga creates an environment conducive to deep relaxation and restoration of the physical, mental and emotional bodies. Supported postures will soothe your nervous system, alleviate chronic tension and give you a deep rest. Exactly what you need for the Holiday Season!

This class will be taught by Zain Syed as part of our community membership program.
