Two Wednesdays: March 11 & 18 from 7:30 – 9 pm
Strong and flexible abdominals support nearly all of our movement. In fact, all functional motions either originate in or move through our core, which acts as a connecting link between the upper and lower body. To enhance our balance and facilitate stability, it is crucial to build awareness in our abdominal region. In this two-class series we will explore the asanas that are specifically designed to strengthen the abdominal walls, ‘the core’.
This class is excellent for students who want to build their strength. It will help you to address back pain and improve your posture as well. Please join us – there will be time for exploration, laughter and learning.
Tuition:
$45 for both classes
$25 drop-in for one class
10% off for members
