with Rebecca Haralabatos, Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor
Wednesdays 7:30 – 9pm
4 class series: May 10, 17, 24, 31
Feeling hunched over your handlebars? Arriving at work feeling tight and cramped after your morning ride?
Biking is great for your health AND often leads to tight shoulders, calves, and hamstrings – all of which can lead to serious back pain. If you’re a commuter, a weekend high-mileage cyclist, or just the occasional cyclist, join us to empower you with the right tools! In this series you will open up your hunched shoulders, lengthen the muscles in your lower body, and gain core strength – all of which set your body at ease when you get on your bike.
Cycle home with clear direction on how to prevent injury, ease pain and develop a home practice to keep you biking with grace for years to come.
Sign up for the whole series or join us for a few classes. Drop-ins are welcome!
