In Tantric literature, Mantra Sadhana and Ritual Practice represent the heart of the teachings; it’s the main instrument and method to achieve spiritualization.
We will start each session with 90 minutes of guided asana sadhana with Gloria, followed by a 30 minute break.
Then our session with Gitte will be composed of 60 minutes of call & response recitation intertwined with or immediately followed by a 60 minute lecture that will include time for questions & answers.
If possible, please have your video camera on during these teachings. Gitte finds that when the group is as present as possible during these live online teachings, everyone is able to get more out of the workshop versus, for example, a pre-recorded lecture or video course. If you are unfamiliar with our live online teachings and have any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@vidyainstitute.com or info@adelineyoga.com
