In this workshop, we will explore poses to prepare you for a headstand, learn the anatomy of the headstand and what it takes to balance away from the wall. You will learn important modifications for common ailments and steps to lead you to confidently standing upside down.
You will have time to ask questions and address any doubts so that you can practice headstand with confidence.
This workshop is part of the “Step It Up!” Series for regular level 1 students who want to progress to level 2 classes.
