Wednesdays 6:30 – 7:45 pm starts September 9th
This 4-session series is specially designed for beginners. You will learn the foundations of Iyengar Yoga to help you build strength and flexibility and relieve stress. This series is intended for students who want an understanding of the foundational yoga poses. This is an active class, excellent for those who are totally new to yoga or new to Iyengar Yoga.
Each 75-minute session will build upon the prior class in a progressive manner. You will get the most out of the classes if you attend them all. Upon completion of the series, you will be prepared to enter Level I classes.
This series will be held live-online via Zoom. This is an excellent opportunity to learn how to practice yoga at home. Rebecca help you develop a sequence you can practice daily. She will get to see you in your home setting and advise you on what to do. You will have time to ask questions. And, we will send out the recording after class so you can practice to it throughout the week.

How to Enroll? Purchase a 4-Session Fundamentals Pass for $54 and we will register you for the four classes.
*Note: There are no makeups offered for this series. We will make a recording of each session for you to use during the week.
This pass is offered at a special discount and is good only for this Fundamentals series. Anyone may purchase this specially priced package, one time only. Drop-ins are allowed to this class. Students may also use any regular class pass or fundamentals pass to attend.
Approximately 30 minutes prior to class you will receive a unique zoom log-in and specific instructions to login to your class. If you don’t get it, check your spam box. You can email support@adelineyoga.com if there are any issues finding your zoom link.
Please make sure to be in class 10 minutes before each class. You will need that time to check in with the teacher and get settled in.

Rebecca Haralabatos is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She has honed her skills leading beginner, mixed level and gentle yoga classes for the past 5 years and enjoys helping students in classes or one-on-one in privates with low back, knee, neck and shoulder pain and other common conditions. With her background as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Rebecca helps students learn how to slow reactivity and become more present in their lives to gradually transform addictions, depression and challenging inter and intra-relational dynamics. Rebecca’s journey both personally and professionally is to support herself and others in attuning to intuition and finding alignment for true, vibrant self-expression.
