On Thursday August 20th, we will commemorate the one year anniversary of the passing of our dear Guruji, BKS Iyengar.
All are invited to participate in this important day of remembrance and reflection. BKS Iyengar made a huge impact on our lives and around the world.
8 am – 10 am – Community Ceremony and Open Practice
At 8 am Heather Haxo Phillips will lead a ceremony with special mantras and recitations of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Students are invited to participate, a portion will be call and response. At approximately 8:30 am we will transition to time for personal asana practice and private reflection. Chai will be served around 9:40 am.
Free and open to all.
