Sadhana: A 30-Day Yoga Immersion

www.barbarabutkus.com

Are you ready to go inward?

Do you want to discover your true potential?

Join us for a Sadhana: A 30 Day Yoga Immersion

Starts January 1st

Begin your 2015 by deepening your commitment to yoga.

Have you longed to to create a regular home practice, or wanted to add more classes to your weekly schedule? This immersion is your opportunity to make it happen.

A 30-day yoga immersion will help you to develop your sadhana. Sadhana means practice – a deep reverential practice that transforms you on the inside. Over the course of a month, your yoga sadhana and new wellness techniques will lay the foundation for an auspicious 2015. Your teachers and a community of practitioners will provide inspiration, information and accountability to help you meet your personal goals. Consider this immersion your ticket to reclaiming your life and getting to know yourself better.

Whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi, this program is for you. You likely have experienced more strength and stability in your life because of the yoga you already do. As your yoga practice becomes frequent and consistent, the benefits become more profound.

A daily yoga practice – a combination of classes and home practice throughout the week – offers a deep level of transformation, emotional resilience and abiding peace of mind. You will feel better about your body, experience less physical pain and develop stronger relationships with those around you.

This 30-day immersion will prepare you for the next 12 months. With insights from your instructors and community, you’ll learn how yoga fits into any busy schedule, and what wellness techniques will help you to feel fit, fabulous and well-balanced throughout the year.
