Stress can wreak havoc in our lives. It can lead to anxiety, sleep issues, depression, inflammation, chronic fatigue, weight loss or weight gain and many more imbalances.
Everybody has stressors in her or his life, but what makes the difference between sickening or non-sickening stresses is the way we interpret and react to those stressors and the boundaries we put around the stress.
In this free talk, we’ll discuss the physiological and emotional impact of stress on our bodies and minds and the Ayurvedic way of creating balances and tools to find peace of mind and body even when the going is rough: self-care routines, eating habits, rejuvenating foods and herbs suitable for each constitution.
