Becoming a Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher is the gold standard for teaching in yoga, not because people pass a test but because the process sharpens and hones their teaching skills. Are you curious what Iyengar Yoga certification is all about? Are you considering taking the steps to become a Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher? This interactive and experiential workshop will walk you through the certification process from preparing for the new Introductory I/II combined assessment to taking the leap to the Intermediate Jr. levels. Heather will walk you through specific study skills for developing your personal practice, pranayama, teaching and preparing for the written test.
This is your opportunity to learn from a seasoned teacher and build a community to support your own teaching throughout the years. This is not an asana class and will not focus on any particular syllabi.
