The benefits of yoga practice are exponential. What that means is that practicing two times a week is not twice as beneficial but 10 or 20 times as beneficial! In fact, according to recent study which showed the effectiveness of yoga for people with depression, “… more yoga was better; those who took three classes per week had lower depression scores than those who took two per week.”
There are so many things that can make it difficult to get to practice. Adeline is offering this community challenge as a way to come together as a community to support one another in building our personal yoga practice.

for each class you complete.
To take classes, use your regular class pass* or buy the special Challenge Month Pass (only $125 for up to 15 classes March 1 – 31)
*We’ll put your current class pass on hold if you want to purchase the special challenge month pass.
INCENTIVE: We will have giveaways from local merchants each week. Heather will be in touch via email with tips and inspiration all month long. Goodie bags for every person who completes the challenge!
