Diaphragms and Energy Flow

May 6, 2016 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Gwi-Seok is back by popular demand – all the way from Detroit!

The Iyengars tell us we have more than one diaphragm.

In addition to the abdominal diaphragm responsible for breathing, there are at least two more.

Let’s explore through a variety of asanas and pranayama what these diaphragms do for us, and how they regulate and balance energy flow.

For students with 3 months or more Iyengar Yoga study.
