“When you and I meet together, we forget ourselves – our cultures and classes.
There are no divisions, and we talk mind to mind, soul to soul.
We are no different in our deepest needs. We are all human.”
– BKS Iyengar
Our community of Iyengar Yoga practitioners is so strongly connected, despite the challenges of daily life. Together we continue to deepen our practice, harnessing it for the stability and strength it brings in our daily lives.
We have so much to be grateful for!
Join Michael on Thanksgiving Day for a well-rounded asana class from 9 – 10:30 am PST.
The holiday season can be joyous and yet a bit disorienting. This is a wonderful opportunity to get grounded and examine how gratitude can fuel both our practice and our lives. You will enjoy the connection with yourself and with others.

From his very first class he has been fascinated by the many ways yoga can transform your relation to your body, mind, and breath. He has been fortunate to study with many senior teachers from around the United States and Europe. He has also made 11 trips to Pune, India to study directly with the Iyengar family at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute. His most recent trip was in December 2018.
