led by Sandy Lamerson and Tiffany Goss
Kicks off Monday January 29th
Ayurveda calls the digestive system the “master system” of our body. When our digestive fire is optimal, we can joyfully eat and assimilate nourishing foods. That kind of positive digestive experience gives us energy, strength, enthusiasm and a feeling of lightness. When our digestive fire is not functioning well, stagnation occurs and we have the experience of feeling heavy, blocked or depleted.
Ayurvedic approaches help us to work with our own digestive fire called agni and the toxins, stagnation and blockages that is called ama. Ama is considered a root cause of almost every disease, so addressing it can be a powerful tool in balancing your emotional and physical health.
Monday the 29th will be a free chit-chat where you can learn more about how digestion works and learn to clear stagnation and strengthen your inner fire. You can register for the free-chit chat by itself, just click here.
If you sign up for the 3-day digestive reset, you will get more resources and support. You can do it Tuesday – Thursday or any other days you choose. This is a self-guided reset, done at home and at your own pace using the materials we give you. You will learn practical ways to assess your digestion, clear stagnation, and bring your digestive system into its optimal functioning.
The 3-day reset includes the following:
