In this 4-session series, we will explore how our yoga community and asana practice can serve our emotional well-being during this extended pandemic experience.
Each class will begin with a brief check in and reflection. The asana practice will bring specific attention to our felt experience. We will observe the effects of the different poses – how they energize, ground & stabilize, uplift, inspire confidence or create calm. And, we’ll notice how the sequence overall shifts our presence from when we first started.
This series will give you an opportunity to practice in a safe and welcoming space, strengthen your ability to tap into the yoga resources you already have, and help us all move with greater equanimity through this pandemic together.
This is an All Levels series geared for any student of yoga at Level 1 or above.
