New to Adeline Yoga? We welcome you!
Life in general – and this year specifically – is unpredictable and super challenging. While we can’t always control what happens and how things impact our lives, we do have the power to meet life’s curve balls with grace and equanimity.
In this workshop, you’ll learn 3 valuable tools to tap into your strength and stay centered when things don’t go as planned.
Be ready to move your body through a sequence of yoga poses and then soothe your mind with a simple yet powerful breathing technique.
