Healthy and sufficient sleep is related to immune strength, heart health, weight management, stress response and better relations. However many of us have insufficient sleep either in quality or quantity. In this session we’ll talk about the Ayurvedic view on sleep, the daily rhythms and routines to support it, sleep hygiene and some herbs to help with a good nights rest.
