Pranayama is a deeply transformative practice on all levels, physical and emotional. It is your time to find deep quiet and expansiveness inside. You receive the most benefits when you practice consistently. It takes discipline, dedication and a a baseline of knowledge to create a regular pranayama practice. Being with a community of people committed to the same endeavor is one of the ways to inspire and direct your practice.
Who is it for? The series is for all-levels of students who have at least 9 months of regular asana practice with a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. You should have had some experience with savasana and know basic set-ups for pranayama-savasana. You are most welcome if you have very little pranayama experience or if you have a current practice.
Register early, class size will be limited.
