Experiencing the Sublime: Parivrrta Janu Sirsasana
When you combine basic poses together, sometimes you get a pose that looks and feels like sublime! Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana is like this. It combines poses we learn in our first years of doing yoga to create an extraordinary opening in the body and deep quiet in the mind. In this workshop we will use a targeted approach to stabilize the hips and open the groins in order to generate power that will open our entire spine. There is no pose that feels quite so invigorating and quieting as parivrtta janusirsasana!
This workshop is appropriate for level 2 and 3 students with at least two years consistent practice who want to explore level 3 poses.
